$39.99 Fiber Internet Eligibility: To be eligible, must be a new Kinetic Broadband Internet customer, meaning you have not received Kinetic Internet service within the past 30 days. Price varies by service availability and your location may qualify for $49.99. Advertised rate is based on 300Mbps service and includes the $5/mo. AutoPay bill credit.

Price Guarantee: Everyday Price is for a Guarantee Period of 1 year for Fiber 300Mbps or 1Gig Fiber, 2 years for Fiber 2 Gig service, and 3 years for Fiber MAX 2 Gig service. After the Guarantee Period, or relocation, change or suspension of service, rates are subject to change at any time. Printed bills incur a $2/mo. charge for paper billing where permitted.

AutoPay Credit requires separate enrollment. Register for AutoPay through the Go Kinetic Portal or by calling a service representative at 877-807-9463. After enrollment, the $5 AutoPay bill credit may take up to two billing cycles to reflect on the bill. Taxes, fees, surcharges and equipment fees may apply and are not included in the advertised rate. Additional restrictions may apply.

Kinetic Internet: Kinetic cannot guarantee specific upload/download speeds, uninterrupted service or error-free service. Speed availability, capabilities and provisioning vary depending on network and terrain conditions, Internet, website or network congestion, Wi-Fi use, concurrent users, device limitations and customer location. Speeds of 25 Mbps or more are provisioned in a range with a minimum and maximum speed.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Kinetic-provided modems support in-home Wi-Fi; actual device speeds may be lower than advertised or service plan speeds. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination; a $100 fee may apply if not returned.

Whole Home Wi-Fi: Installation uses the Kinetic Gateway modem, Wi-Fi extenders as needed and Wi-Fi-capable devices. The standard Kinetic Wi-Fi Gateway rate is $10.99/month. Eligible Kinetic Fiber and DSL customers may receive up to two extenders for $10/month if not included in the service plan. Each additional extender is $5/month. Taxes, fees and surcharges apply. A professional installation fee may apply.

Reward Card Offer: Reward Card value varies by plan; not all plans qualify. Offers may include $50 for 1Gig service, $100 for 2Gig service or $200 for Max bundled 1Gig or higher plans. Open to new Kinetic Broadband Internet customers who have not had Kinetic Internet in the last 30 days, subject to service activation and good standing for at least 90 days. Maximum one reward card per household. Government accounts are not eligible.

Kinetic Reward Prepaid Mastercard: After eligibility is confirmed, the customer receives a redemption email and may choose electronic delivery or a physical card by mail. Physical delivery may include a $3 shipping and handling fee and generally ships within 5–7 business days. Issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Incorporated. The Cardholder Agreement governs use and fees.

99.9% Service Availability: As measured by Kinetic from March 2023 to January 2025, service reliability is calculated by dividing Available Customer Hours by Total Customer Hours, excluding planned maintenance, emergencies such as hurricanes, winter storms and floods, and other uncontrollable events. ©2026 Copyright.
